Purpose
To build a world where aviation advances as fast as it can, and stays as safe as it must.
Mission
To carry programs to approval on compliance arguments that hold up under review, and schedules clients can plan around.
Values
Four commitments.

Results first
Work products are instruments, and processes are vehicles, but the product is an approval, in hand. Rigor is never a substitute for outcome. We are measured by findings closed, not documents produced.

Technical honesty
We say what the data supports and what our judgment is, not what a schedule or a settled conclusion would prefer us to say. The assessment is the product, and a consultant who only confirms is not worth retaining.

Precision
In certification, “approximately” is not a finding. We are exact about what is claimed, what has been shown, what remains open, and who is responsible for closing it. Ambiguity in a compliance document is a defect.

Regulatory fluency
Airworthiness regulations exist because of accidents. Understanding what a rule protects against is what makes it possible to satisfy it for a design that did not exist when it was written.
In practice
Values are only real when they cost something.
- We take accountability for the final approval, not just the work product. The engagement does not end until the last finding is closed.
- We will communicate that a certification approach is unviable before you fund it, even when building it would have been billable.
- We scope engagements to what the problem actually requires, and we speak up when a problem does not require us.
